Tig-Le House Newsletter February 2024

Hi, friends of Tig-Le,

Wishing everyone wellness of spirit, good health and Refuge.

Tig-Le has started the year with a full house, with many friends returning to practice and new people filling up the regular sessions at home (Tig-Le) and mindfulness at Fair Harvest. It is a heart-warming experience to see how much friendships built on the work of developing Refuge are valued and appreciated.
While it has been an extended warm and dry summer for the region, we are gathering and walking mindfully together on Thursday mornings at 9am along the Wooditjup Bilya, Margaret River, enjoying each other’s company and dialogues. This is also a valuable opportunity to share an understanding of native forest ecologies, bushland health, landscapes and meditative approaches to seeing and relating with land and country. All are welcome.

Retreats are coming up soon, and now is a good time to start planning and booking to join. Retreats are an opportunity for respite from regular daily activities, to commit to personal practice, and to deepen understanding and insight into the nature of the human experience and how to navigate a Path of growing Refuge in and for the world.
5-day mindfulness and nature retreat: 15th – 19th April 2024 @ Fair Harvest, Margaret River.
A semi-silent retreat exploring traditional and contemporary mindfulness and meditative practices that support understanding of the relational aspects of our human experience and the natural world. Practices are transmitted and shared with permission, acknowledging the sources of wisdom and teaching.
