By registering for online sessions, you agree to the following:
Video on: Please keep your camera on so we can confirm attendance and maintain a connected practice environment.
One person per registration: Each registration is for one participant only. The Zoom link is not transferable or for group viewing.
Private, quiet space: Please join from somewhere you can participate without unnecessary interruption and where others cannot overhear the session.
Privacy: Online participants will not see in-person participants. Online participants may be visible to the teacher and the volunteer managing the Zoom technology.
Confidentiality: Please respect the privacy of everyone attending. Personal reflections, questions and experiences shared during the course should remain confidential.
Zoom etiquette: Participants will enter muted. Please remain muted unless invited to speak. You may ask questions verbally, by messaging the host in chat, or through the chat.
Punctuality: Please join a few minutes early to check your audio and video. The session will be locked 10 minutes after the start time.
Registered name: Please join using the name you registered with.
No recording: Please do not record, screenshot or photograph the sessions. Personal note-taking and journaling are welcome.
Presence and respect: Please minimise distractions and multitasking and communicate respectfully. Questions and sharing should remain relevant and supportive of the group.
Host’s right to remove participants: The host reserves the right to remove any participant from the online session if they are not adhering to these protocols. The host will make reasonable efforts to address any issues with the participant before taking this step. Repeated breaches may result in non-admittance to future sessions.
