Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellations, refunds and/or postponements policy:

At Tig-Le House, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, course or retreat after making a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. If you notify us 14 days or more prior to the workshop, course or retreat commencement date, we may be able to offer your placement to someone else, depending on the type of course and the venue’s cancellation policy. In such cases, upon receiving a prior written request, you may be eligible for a partial refund, with a minimum deduction of $60 administration charge.
  2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop, course or retreat commencement date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Cancellations made after the workshop, course or retreat commencement date are non-refundable.

In the event that Tig-Le House is required to cancel a workshop, course or retreat, we will promptly contact you to discuss your options. You may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your credit to one of our other retreats or courses of the same value.

Should we need to postpone a workshop, course, or retreat we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your credit to the rescheduled retreat date or any upcoming retreat of the same value.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage open communication. If you find yourself needing to cancel at the last minute due to unexpected situations, please contact us before the retreat commences to discuss your options. You can reach us at tiglehouse@gmail.com.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed accordingly. Please note that some banks may take a certain number of days to complete the refund process. If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
