Tig-Le House Newsletter 15th January 2022

Hi friends of Tig-Le,

Happy New Year all! May it be a year of furthering our compassionate engagement within our own lives, with the lives of others, and the world system. Remembering how much of a rare opportunity it is to be alive in this moment, whizzing around a shining ball of gas shedding light and life on this exquisite planet.

We are hopeful that Tig-Le will be able to remain open for in-person attendance as Covid-19 enters further into the WA community. Tig-Le will be following ‘General Community Service’ mandatory Covid-19 Government guidelines. Please read and adhere to these instructions when attending as compassionate consideration for the wellbeing of all who attend.

Here is our list of protocols:
* As with regular cold and flu like symptoms. If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter or attend in-person sessions.
*Please do not attend if you have been at any current registered WA Gov. Covid-19 exposure sites or are required to isolate.
*Everyone attending, please sign the Covid register.
*Maximum of 12 people. Please be considerate of each other’s personal space – 1.5m spacing.
*If you are required to wear a filtration mask, please do so.
*You are welcome to wear a filtration mask for your own sense of security and protection.
*Hand sanitiser is supplied for your use.
*Tig-Le is cleaned and sanitised regularly.
*Tea is supplied, however please bring your own cup.

Thank you for adhering to these protocols. Currently there is no requirement to be double vaccinated to attend.
We are understanding of varying views and perspectives, and we understand these protocols may cause some exclusion for in-person classes.
The Tig-Le household (Ian and family) have chosen to be vaccinated.
We deeply appreciate your respect and compassionate care for the wellbeing of all in this combined family and community space.

Wednesday evening mindfulness starting in February will be accessible both in-person and online, all other sessions are in-person for now. We will adapt as required and with the support of a helper we could move other sessions online too. We aim to make classes as accessible and inclusive as possible within our means.
