Mindfulness weekend retreat
Date: Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th of May
Class times: Saturday 9am & 3pm; Sunday 9am
This is the first weekend in our three-part mindfulness and meditations on nature retreat series. The focus of this first weekend will be on the foundations of mindfulness practice, including essential techniques for cultivating the mindful mind, including the seven-point posture, naming experience, and calming bodily formations. These techniques will be combined to form a practice pattern.
