Tig-Le House acknowledges that we live, work and celebrate in traditional Wardandi / Wadandi – Pibelmen Noongar Boodja, Saltwater people’s country, whose ancestors and descendants are this country’s traditional peoples and custodians.
We acknowledge and pay our respects to this land’s traditional custodians, the First Nations people and families. We acknowledge and pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
In sincere recognition of their continuing cultural and spiritual practices, vast knowledge and efforts in caring for land and people and the living, breathing spirit of country, we come together with goodwill and solidarity.
We thank all of these and the many people who continue to unite and contribute to creating a healthy, just, and peaceful humanity working for the health of this world.
We honour and respect that we all share life, united in the songs and stories that flow from the deep heart of Boodja, Gaia, Living Mother Earth, and Father Sky.
In Recognition & Respect
From Lama Sonam
