Vajrayana Retreat: Deva Vajrasattva

A week of Vajrayana practice centred on Deva Vajrasattva, embodiment of the primordial principle of Buddhahood, healing, purification and transformation. Representing pure, intuitive Mind, the unchanging wisdom at the centre of being, Vajrasattva embodies the original purity that always is our essential nature.
Through meditation, ceremonial Wongkur, Sadhana and mantra, we work with the stream of consciousness, freeing the living energies of healing, reconnecting with our ever-present pure nature and awakening the heart of Refuge.
Purification is the activity of healing; purity is always present.

Location: Origins Centre and Coorain, Balingup, Western Australia.
Vajrayāna, the Tibetan Buddhist Tantric vehicle, is a body of teachings and practices that weaves a tapestry of our love for the sacred and the dance of minds into compassionate activity—embedding it into the living memory of our humanity through visualisation, symbolism, ceremony, story, and histories.
Retreatants will receive teachings on the Vajrayāna vehicle, along with guidance on preparation, setup, and participation in the Wongkur (ceremonial empowerment) of a Deva from the Tibetan Pantheon (TBA), as well as Sadhana meditation, personal practice and teacher support.
Vajrayāna is a path deeply rooted in ways of compassionate being in the world, awakening the good qualities of our humanity, the living Buddha nature within, for the benefit of an all-inclusive Refuge.
