Please read the following health information and adhere to these instructions as a gesture of compassionate consideration for the well-being of all attendees.

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please refrain from attending in-person sessions.
  • Please attend in clean, comfortable clothing.
  • You are most welcome to wear a filtration mask at any of our sessions.
  • Tig-Le is cleaned regularly.
  • Please bring your own water or warm drink.
  • Please be considerate of each other’s personal space.

All our retreats adhere to the policies of the facilities and businesses whose premises we rent. All participants will be required to adhere to those policies.

Our teachings and retreats can help foster mindfulness, support well-being, and understanding; however, they are non-therapeutic in nature. We exercise a duty of care toward all participants. Our programs are not designed to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, and they should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological services. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate advice and support from qualified health professionals whenever required.

We deeply appreciate your respect and compassionate care for the well-being of all in this community space.
