Tig-Le House Newsletter 30th December 2020

Hi friends of Tig-Le,

Well wishes to everyone for the coming New Year and may 2021 be a time of calm engagement, peaceful effort, kind-heartedness and unity.

Tig-Le will undergo a retracted beginning to 2021 with no weekly sessions next term. Mindfulness and meditative training will be mostly done through weekend and longer retreats which will be inclusive having options to attend in various capacities. We will take opportunities to run other sessions spontaneously as they arise. Our apologies as we know many enjoy the regular weekly sessions. We will get back to these in the future.

The first opportunity for a deeper practice is the upcoming:

Mindful breath weekend: Friday 8th – Sunday 10th January 2021

We are looking for a few more people to join so we can run this retreat. If you are interested, please book soon as it takes a few days to process placements. Experience with mindfulness is required to join. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, please contact Tig-Le prior to booking: tiglehouse@gmail.com
