Current mindfulness, meditation, and nature retreats

Mindfulness weekend retreat: 19th March – 21st March 2021 Open attendance, day visitors welcomed, bookings required. Ecodharma weekend retreat: 16th April – 18th April 2021 Open attendance, day visitors welcomed, bookings required. On this retreat we discuss and apply ancient mindfulness trainings and meditative practices from a global secular and sacred cross-cultural Buddhist perspective in a time of ecological and societal, challenge, crisis and change. Ecodharma: The purposeful development of ecological ethical conduct as an aspect of mature compassionate consciousness. 5-day Mindfulness and Nature retreat: 3rd May – 7th May 2021 No day visitors, silent retreat, bookings required. Silent retreat: Explore the foundations of traditional and contemporary mindfulness through an ecological lens, including practices and activities such as mindful walking, contemplative meditative exercises on nature, nature immersion, and simplistic creative activities that help us remember and re-integrate a healthy relationship to daily life and the natural living World.
