Mindfulness Group – Term 1, 2024:

Tuesday mornings at 10am – 11am

These eight mindfulness sessions are open to anyone interested in learning and practising mindfulness techniques. The sessions will cover aspects of both traditional and contemporary approaches in a practical way applicable to everyday life.

Our mindfulness group operates through Dana contributions, a voluntary supportive contribution. You can make your Dana contribution online via our website, choosing the amount you can afford from the amounts of $80, $160, or $240 for the 8-week program. Those who prefer to donate on the day can do so as well, and the suggested contribution for each session is $10 – $30.

All are welcome.

During the eight weeks, we cover foundational techniques for establishing mindfulness, including intention, seven-point posture, psychological establishment patterns for naming and engaging experiences, calming the physical body and more.
