Mindfulness of breath is the practice of stopping and observing, anchoring the mind, restfulness, and deepening calm.
A valuable remedy for the mind and heart, mindful breath first requires an understanding of the foundations of mindfulness practice. When accompanied by mindfulness, this practice develops mental stability, calm awareness, healing states and healthy mental discipline.

Location: Fair Harvest Permaculture, Margaret River, Western Australia.
Friday 8th – Meet and greet at 5.30pm; Dinner 6.00pm; Letting go and calm abiding 7.30pm
Saturday 9th – Mindfulness of the self-breathing system 9am & Mindfulness of the life-breathing system 3.30pm
Sunday 10th – Following the breath in daily life 9am

Staying onsite all-inclusive:
Includes 2 nights camping (camp site only), 5 meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners) + all classes and resources. Total = $275 AUD.
Staying offsite option 1:
Includes all meals + all classes and resources = $240 AUD.
Staying offsite option 2:
Includes 1 meal (1st night’s dinner) + all classes and resources = $190 AUD.
