Mindfulness is the practice of seeing, acknowledging, and understanding our experiences with greater friendship, kindness, and care. When we listen deeply and lovingly to our relationship with ourselves, we are remembering and reconnecting with the sacred relationship we have with the natural living world. We are nature living, an inseparable interbeing.
