Monday Mindfulness

These open-house sessions are open to anyone wanting to sit and cultivate Mindfulness in an open and dedicated way with an experienced teacher-practitioner. They are open to those who are new to practice and experienced practitioners. Mindfulness is our capacity to attend to experiences, fostering calm and peacefulness of response based on ethical engagement with life. You can book online or make a weekly contribution.
Our sessions are supported by the voluntary supportive contributions of those who attend. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, so we offer multiple options to contribute. You can make your contribution online via the website, choosing the amount you can afford, or via direct debit to Account name: Ian Hackett, BSB: 066532, Account number: 10043752. You can also contribute on the day; the recommended amount per session is $20 – $30 pp / session.
