 bout the Course</strong></h4><div>This is one of our most attended mindfuln
 ess trainings\, designed for people who would like to establish\, refresh\,
  or deepen their mindfulness practice. Each session explores one aspect of 
 mindfulness and builds on the previous week\, creating a clear pathway thro
 ugh the foundations of practice.</div><div>Participants are encouraged to a
 ttend the full series where possible\, as the course is structured progress
 ively. Sessions include guided practice\, silent practice opportunities\, r
 eflective learning\, and space for questions.</div><h4></h4><h4><strong>Wha
 t We Will Cover</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>Setting up for practice</stron
 g>: practical frameworks for creating the conditions to practise mindfulnes
 s with attentive kindness and care.</li><li><strong>Mindful awareness of th
 e body</strong>: learning to notice physical sensations and embodied experi
 ence with curiosity and gentleness.</li><li><strong>Mindful awareness of em
 otions\, thoughts and feelings</strong>: developing awareness of mental and
  emotional patterns without needing to suppress\, avoid\, or over-identify 
 with them.</li><li><strong>Breath\, and the senses</strong>: build understa
 nding of how practice is supported by the breath and sensory awareness.</li
 ><li><strong>Mindful awareness of Mind</strong>: discover what ‘Mind’ is an
 d the relational aspects of experience.</li><li><strong>Guided and silent p
 ractice</strong>: experience both guided practice and periods of personal s
 ilent practice.</li><li><strong>Integration and application in daily life</
 strong>: techniques to bring mindfulness into everyday life.</li></ul><h4><
 /h4><h4><strong>How to Attend</strong></h4><div>You can attend in person at
  Tig-Le Studio in Margaret River or join online via Zoom. Please select the
  attendance option that best suits you when registering. Online access deta
 ils will be sent to registered participants before the course begins.</div>

 ments below before registering. These agreements help create a respectful a

  link will take you to a page with our sliding-scale cost options. Please s
 elect the option that best suits you. We offer standard\, concession\, and 
 low-income options ranging from $80 to $240 for the 8-week course for both 
 online and in-person attendance. We do not require proof of concessions\, e
 tc.</p><h4></h4></div><h4><strong>Protocols and Agreements</strong></h4><ul
 ><li><strong>Video on</strong>: Online participants are asked to keep their
  video on so we can confirm the identity of attendees for privacy reasons a
 nd help maintain a connected\, respectful online practice environment.</li>
 <li><strong>One participant per registration</strong>: Each online registra
 tion is for one person only. The course is not suitable for groups watching
  together from another location under a single booking. The Zoom link is no
 n-transferable.</li><li><strong>Join from a quiet\, private space</strong>:
  Please attend from a place where you can participate without unnecessary i
 nterruptions and where other people cannot overhear the group session.</li>
 <li><strong>In-person participant privacy</strong>: Online participants wil
 l not be able to see the in-person participants. The only person visible to
  those joining online will be the teacher\, Lama Sonam.</li><li><strong>Onl
 ine participant visibility</strong>: Online participants will be visible on
 ly to our volunteer managing Zoom\, audio\, and camera technology\, as well
  as to the teacher\, when needed for facilitation.</li><li><strong>Confiden
 tiality</strong>: Please respect the privacy of both in-person and online p
 articipants. Do not share personal reflections\, questions\, or experiences
  offered by others outside the course.</li><li><strong>Mute on entry</stron
 g>: Participants will be muted on entry to reduce background noise. Please 
 remain muted unless invited to speak.</li><li><strong>Questions and partici
 pation</strong>: Opportunities will be provided for online attendees to ask
  questions. Depending on the session flow\, questions may be offered verbal
 ly\, through the chat\, or supported by the Zoom volunteer.</li><li><strong
 >Arrive on time</strong>: Please log in a few minutes early so you can sett
 le in and check your audio and video before the session begins. The session
  will be locked 10 minutes after the start time.</li><li><strong>Use your r
 egistered name:</strong> Please join Zoom using the name you registered wit
 h so we can confirm attendance and maintain a safe online space.</li><li><s
 trong>No recording or screenshots</strong>: Please do not record sessions\,
  take screenshots\, or capture images. You are welcome to take notes of the
  teachings shared.</li><li><strong>Minimise distractions</strong>: Please a
 void multitasking during the session where possible to support and maintain
  a settled practice environment.</li><li><strong>Respectful communication</
 strong>: Please consider others' welfare by using respectful language and a
 ppropriate sharing. Questions should remain relevant to the training and su

 er</strong></p><p>Lama Sonam is the Senior resident mindfulness and Dharma 
 teacher at Tig-Le House of Dharma in Margaret River\, Western Australia. Dr
 awing on more than thirty years of meditation experience and a background i
 n environmental conservation and community engagement\, Sonam brings a prac
 tical\, down-to-earth approach to mindfulness. His teachings weave together
  traditional wisdom and contemporary understanding. He’s known for making m
 indfulness and meditation understandable\, accessible and supportive. To fi
