Meditations for enriched awareness of nature
Date: Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd of November
Class times: Saturday 9am & 3pm; Sunday 9am
This is the third and final weekend in our series of three mindfulness and meditations on nature weekend retreats at the Origins Centre in Balingup.
To participate in this weekend, it is recommended you have attended one or both of the preceding weekends.
On this weekend, you will learn techniques that incorporate features of mindfulness, universal dharma techniques, meditations on nature and practices derived from various indigenous knowledge systems. These practical training and teachings expand and enrich awareness of the natural world. These practices have been handed to me directly and are shared with permission, acknowledging the sources of wisdom and teaching.
If you are visiting the Origins Centre for the first time, please take a look at their website for an overview of the Centre. The Origins Centre – Home
Booking is required in advance to attend. We offer different options, including staying onsite or attending day sessions staying offsite. Costing options allow you to contribute what you can afford while supporting the Centre and teacher. Please note that attending the first and subsequent sessions is essential, and it is not possible to drop in and out of classes.
We hope you can join us for these beautiful practices enriching meditations on nature in the gorgeous environs at The Origins Centre.
