8-week mindfulness of the day training program @tiglehouse

Participate each week in this step-by-step mindfulness training program developed right here in Margaret River by Ian Hackett of Tig-Le House. We have run this program through partnership with our local Margaret River CrossFit gym since January 2020, and it has proven to be highly effective in supporting the development of mindfulness with those who have committed themselves to the training program.
Mindfulness takes effort to establish, however, once you notice the benefits it becomes a practice you look forward to each day. Practice supports the development and maintenance of good physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Cost is on a sliding scale from $160 to $280 for the full 8-week program. Choose the option that best suits you when booking online. No explanation required.
